Getting ready

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Begin getting ready for your elopement. This includes hair, makeup, and getting dressed. I'll begin by photographing any important details (elopement announcement cards, special jewelry, etc.) and then move into photographing you getting ready. Double check that you have all of the necessary items packed, including rings, vows, bouquet, and any special decorations. I recommend putting all of these itens in a dedicated clear storage box so everything is easy to transport and locate!

Travel to location/final preparations

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Travel to your elopement location. Leave your cabin/AirBNB to your chosen elopement location. Take into account any travel time and potential traffic/road conditions. Arrive at the elopement location and familiarize yourself with your beautiful surroundings. Your photographer will check lighting, help you set up any decorations and help make any final adjustments.

Sunset photos

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm: Sunset and golden hour photos. As the sun starts to set, use this time to capture breathtaking photos. The light is the prettiest and most romantic at this time. A good photographer will guide you to the best locations and make the most of the magical light.

Travel back

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Travel back to your cabin or your next destination. Reflect on the joy of your elopement experience during the ride!
